What is smart metering?
Smart meters allow you to manage your utilities at the touch of a button. From the Web or App you can: Read your meter, Set usage alerts (Email or SMS) and For smart or wallet based you can also automatically top up the meter from anywhere, anytime.
We have a wide variety of innovative electricity and water meters to suit your needs!
Smart Metering allows you to monitor your electricity or water usage, through a prepaid meter.
How do I purchase my utilities?
Our top ups are for smart prepaid meters and standard prepaid meters allow you to top up your utilities when they are running low.

How it works
The Vending Lifecycle
Purchase your utilities through netVendor Mobile App, Zapper, Internet or In-store options.
Funds are transferred to netVendors fidelity account then once a month we will transfer to the account as designated by the client.
netVendor Makes Payment
Once a month we will transfer the money to the Municipality account, Body Corporate account, property management account, or landlord account as designated by the client.
Your Funds Received
Your funds, if not paid directly by netVendor, are received by the Municipality or Eskom via the Body Corporate, property management, or landlord.
After an extremely stressful day at work today, I can honestly say my day was turned around by the calmed, efficient and polite manner in which Nokulungda handled me. I was so stressed by the fact that my initial token I bought this morning did not load, I got into my motor vehicle and went to purchase a token from Pick 'n Pay which did the same thing when I tried to load it. I have been in the service industry for the past 35 years and the way in which I was treated I think this young lady could teach a lot of people about customer service. Although my tokens were showing on her side we could not get them to load. Finally after trying different things for half an hour (and mind you not once did Nokulungda give up or sound impatient) she sorted the problem out.. Nokulunga is an absolute asset to your organisation and her work ethic is exemplary. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please place a copy of this in her file and perhaps mention my satisfaction to her Many Thanks Indeed.
